Siswa Bazar Agriculture -

Siswa bazar is also famous for its good agriculture. there are some crops which found in major quantity like sugarcane, rice, wheat, pulse and many vegetables. here sugarcane is manufacturing at very large scales and it is main crops of almost all farmer of this town, because here is a sugar factory.

All types of vegetable crops are produced by this town, they are potato, onion, garlic, tomato, pea, chilly, raddish, carrot and green sag (spinach, mustard). the main reason behind the goods agriculture is that, here environment is very favorable to agriculture.

Rice (Chawal):

Rice is the main crops of this town, that is manufacturing at very huge scales, here some type of rice that are manufacturing, they are Light Rice, Mota Rice, Sugandhit Rice and etc.

Here kala namak rice, mansoori rice are the main crops of Sugandhit Rice, they all are manufacturing here by this town. Where Kala namak chawal and Mansuri chawal are very famous rice of this markets.

Also here Mota Rice are manufacturing at very large scales, like Sarju 49, 50, 52 are the main types of mota rice, that are also used in making Churda, that means beaten rice. So due to this, the mota rice are very in the demand by the markets.

The town of Siswa Bazar is situated in the district of Maharajganj to the north east of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is also near the border with Nepal.
Siswa Bazar is very cool and nice town.

Also here are many big businessmen becaause Siswa Bazar is one of the famous oldest market.This town is also famous for a sweet dish known as Halwa Sohan.

Here a famous markets are held on each Wednesdays and Saturdays. also a big fair is held on the occasion of Dasehra.

Siswa Bazar History:

Siswa Bazar an old business centre, was first declared a town on 25th November 1871, under the Bengal Chaukidari Act of 1856. At present, it is administered under the Uttar Pradesh town areas Act of 1914.

It is administered by the town area committee consisting of some members including the chairman all elected by the people of the town for a term of four years.

It is best known as a historic town. Because the name of Siswa Bazar town came from its old tradition of market for the Shessham trees, So it was historically called "Shesshamwa ke bazar", which was changed to its current name over time.
